The ancient Greeks saw a connection between architecture and the human form. In this sculpture you can see this in the six caryatids which serve as columns of the Erechtheum's pouch. Another thing that is rel event is that the caryatids are women figured because in Greeks minds, women were the essentials of life and play a Major role in everyday life. In my opinion they were correct because they are whom give birth to us and nurture us from a baby till its our turn to start a family. I like how the pillars are carved out large stones. That took a lot of time and skill work.
