This sculpture has many important values when I think of Ancient Greece. When I hear Greece, I always think of the Olympic games. They were the first to start them and they dominated them in the beginning years. Greeks are always represented as very strong men and the sculpture shows a man of great shape and muscle tone. I like this sculpture from chapter five because I love to compete like the Greeks did and I wish my body was as toned as his. lol Greeks were very powerful as a empire and always wanted to expand and get better. That idea sets very well in my life time goals.
