When I see this image of the Flavian Amphitheater, which was finished in 80 CE, I am in shock that the structure is still intact. I am a Construction Management Major, so I know for a structure to be built then and still itact today manes that the Romans were ahead of their time. The Romans did not have the technology that we have today and they were still able to build this structure. In my opinion, the Romans was an empire that was very smart and took pride in their structures. Also the arena shows that they were into there sports. They took their games very serious and with a lot of pride as well.
